The host was friendly when we met him and puts out plenty of bird seed and deer feed so we can have visitors in the evening and morning!They also have plenty of breakfast options stocked if you wish to use them however we already had our own Would definitely go back when we are in the area ”

Back yard beautiful w big shady trees w two story dock with up top being a great place to relax w cocktails…we fished…and caught fish…family could dock their boat and just off the main beating path of the main lake! We also grilled steaks and just relaxed!! Quiet area! Great find!!!”

“This is our second time staying at the cottage and we love it! We love the privacy and rural area where the deer come to visit daily -a nice distance away from Fredericksburg. The cottage is well equipped, clean and baby friendly as we had a one year old and the playpen came in handy. The spaces were comfortable for our family of 6 plus a tiny one and we loved having all king beds in the bedrooms.
