「They had one hot tub that was operational, so we didnt use that amenity since there were other people in there. The room was very small but good enough for us as we were only staying for one night on the road to LA. Front desk staff were very personable and gave us a great tip on where to eat that evening. 」

「Overall stay was good and customer service was good It was close to everything and views were good . The only thing that bothered me was that no one came in to clean our sheets or give us new towels or toilet paper all 4 nights we were there. We had to go to the front desk or find house keeping cleaning other rooms just not ours.」

「Nice view. Good location for what we wanted and in close proximity to good restaurants. Pool was unfortunately out of order. Would stay again. 」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「It was a great hotel. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Only Complaint would be parking, guest shouldn’t have to pay for parking to stay at a hotel They’ve already paid the nights for my opinion.」

The decor is old world opulence and, from a visitor’s point of view, this spa / hotel has everything you need- as well as everything you never knew you needed. The aromatherapy room, the billiard room, the parlour, aperitivo hour, the impeccable service, the cleanliness of the well appointed rooms, dual hot tubs… I could go on and on. Every aspect of your stay just feels...
