The house was in a great location. 15 minutes to the beach and historic area. Fenced yard for the dogs. Garage came in handy as it rained the whole weekend. Host is very responsive.

We will definitely stay again when we visit our daughter at UNCW. The house was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very nice, also.
