My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Wilmington. The room was as pictured, basic, but cozy and clean. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants. Seamless virtual check in. Great place to stay at this price point.

Non existent in person staff. No heat in Oct. I've stayed in Tokyo hotels with bigger rooms. Worst was super thin walls where you can hear conversations. Location near 100 was a positive.

Very cute little spot on the water! It's very cozy and the bar inside is great! I wish it were open a little later, but it is an inn, so I do understand. Would recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in a small town!

The music was loud downstairs, which is something we estimated. But the walls were so thin that we could hear new check-ins, kids from far off rooms and even snoring from the other rooms . The bed was bad (not steady enough), but bathroom was good.

Good value for a one- or two-night stay. Clean, good bedding and towels, well-located and a friendly staff. Two points to be aware of, though. One, the inn is an old building and it is very easy to hear conversations or other noise from other rooms. Two, the inn uses a virtual check-in system so make sure you know how to get the code to your room before you arrive. For me, the positives outweighed the negatives and I would stay there again.

The property is conveniently located near the free-bus station. We expected the property to be no frills but the shower was tiny, the carpet could have been vacuumed better, and one of the pillows had a stain. The lobby could also have better lighting at night.

I understood that the accommodations would rather spartan, but I would certainly assume that there'd be heat. There were numerous ammenities that i knew this facility didn't offer, but i didn't expect this in Oct in Vermont. We left a day early because it was too cold to spend another night..

There was nowhere to find help with the issue of room number codes Telephone number is displayed but nowbody pick the phone Expedia send the message in complicated detail to get the information on codes I know the place for over 20 years previous owner couple were a lot more reliable better picked the phone now things supposed to be better and they are not some thing are better like improve room cleaning open bar downstairs with good service and beers selection friendly staff. Overall 3 star note is my number

A unique experience staying above a pub by the river. Simple space suited for sleeping. The bed was comfortable and linens fresh and crisp. I felt a bit like I was in a scene from the Hobbit. I would return again.

Valley Craft Ales was an awesome place full of character. It was a simple room but had all we needed for an overnight stay. We loved the river view and the bed was comfortable. We had a great time interacting with the bartenders in the bar and enjoyed an excellent pizza on the deck. Check in was easy.

Good location, everything in walking distance. Traveled alone and felt very comfortable hanging out at the bar downstairs for dinner. The staff was super friendly and the food was excellent. The band stopped playing around 10:30 and the place was quiet enough to sleep after that time. My room was simple but comfortable.

The only issue was that the hair dryer at the hotel wasn't working. Other than that, all was well and check-in was easy. I liked the fact that the hotel room included earplugs in the event of noise. Although it really wasn't that noisy.
