Located in a quiet, safe and upscale subdivision, your newly renovated studio apartment is located above our home. You'll have a private entrance and can park your car safely in our driveway. Shared laundry room. Centrally located to everywhere! Only a five minute drive to the sand and surf of Carolina Beach as well as Beau Rivage public golf course. You'll be approximately twenty five minutes from Historic Downtown Wilmington where you can enjoy the famous ghost tour, fine dining, concerts, live theater and a bustling night life! We're also roughly twenty minutes to Novant Hospital and a multiplex movie theater. Five minutes to the closest shopping center. Fifteen minutes to to Monkey Junction which is the busiest intersection in Wilmington; Walmart, bars restaurants, banks everything you that you might need. Behind our house is an abandoned golf course with paths where everyone in the neighborhood, jogs, bikes and walks their dogs. Welcome to Wilmington!
