「Look forward to renting in the future.we moved our son into his apartment in the Pearl area. Its a few blocks away but walkable. Lots of great local restaurants in walking distance to property. Property clean and well maintained. Includes all the comforts of home. Traveled with our dog, appreciated the privacy fence and small yard. If you have a full size truck you wont be able to park in garage. You will have to park it horizontal in front of garage. The mid size SUV fit in garage. 」

「Had a wonderful time with friends for a River float weekend. Plenty of room for 6 people. Clean. Comfortable and relaxing sitting on the balcony being able to see part of the River. Also convenient that we were able to get out mid float and get out at the property and park our tubes for a lunch break and get right back at it. Loved it!」

「Location was great!. We walked to nearby restaurants & bars. Brought our own tubes and entered the comal right in front to enjoy a 1.5 hour float to the last exit & then had a short walk back to the condo. The condo was stocked with essentials & the stay was very comfortable.」
