“The house was the perfect size for our group of 15. The group consisted of grandparents, their 3 kids, spouses, and the the grandkids. Each set of adults had their own bedrooms with bathroom plus the kids' bedroom. We appreciated that 2 of the adult bedrooms along with the kids' bedroom were on the North end of the house while the other 2 bedrooms were on the South, separated by the kitchen/living areas. “This was the perfect location for a family reunion. Everyone had their own very comfortable bed and bathroom. We ate in most meals so the kitchen was very up to date and useful.”

“This is a wonderful beach rental. Very clean. Within easy walking distance of the beach, Pelican Brewery, a coffee shop, small market and a tacos/burgers place. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans, etc, for cooking meals. It was an easy drive to Lincoln City. Beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. The gas fireplace was cozy. I would definitely book it again.”

“Great house with lots of room and options for sleeping. This is my first VRBO and it was not a problem. Good communication through email, and good instructions in a notebook near the front door. We had a good stay walking to the beach and going body boarding. Our dog was happy and it was convenient to let her go potty out in the woods behind the place. We picked up after her of course.”

“Pacific city and Cale Kiwand were beautiful and had an Overall nice stay. Walking distance to the Pacific city parking lot, Pelican pub and Meridian restaurant, though the walk is right on hwy 101 with a very narrow shoulder in spots. Recommended parking for our unit was on the street well below a steep driveway. Inside the setup was nice, wifi and tv all worked well. Vintage kitchen table was fine, but the queen bed in the bedroom was extremely creaky and should probably be replaced or at least……

“Our family of 5 absolutely loved this house. We stayed in the Tillamook area and at this location for four nights and this was a great home base to explore all around the area. The neighborhood was very inviting and quiet with easy access as we came and went. The home has been renovated recently and has a nice and spacious layout. The king bed in the master bedroom was great and the second bedroom and hide-a-bed couch were a plus. The bathroom and shower were large and clean, the kitchen layout……
