Garden room, central Winchester

Self-contained annexe, with shower room, small basic kitchenette and private entrance via garage door, in a highly desirable and central location with free permit parking if needed. 150 meters from Oram’s Arbour park (pic 4) , 0.4 miles form Winchester High Street and 0.4 miles from the train station. We can offer an additional child's mattress and/or travel cot for a small family.

Points to note:
1 Our accommodation is on two levels linked with a small L-shaped stairway. The shower room and kitchenette are on the ground floor (same level as the garage), and the bedroom is on the first floor with patio doors directly out onto our garden;
2 The shower room has an electric shower and toilet but no sink. The sink is in the kitchenette, which is a basic space and shown in the pictures;
3 We provide two small towels and basic toiletries in the shower cubicle;
4 The kitchen area has a double electric hob, small microwave, small portable oven, toaster, kettle, small stove top coffee maker and a fridge;
5 We are very close to the centre of Winchester with a 10 minute down hill walk into town and an uphill walk back;
6 We are happy to take a bag or washing and return it washed but still wet. There is a drying rack in the appartment.
