“This is probably the best hotel in the Harvard Square area: great location, clean room, nice services and fantastic pool/fitness center. The breakfast on the ground floor is also first class. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning of the room doesn’t seem very thorough, and I expect more for a hotel like this. But all in all, this is definitely my first choice should I ever visit Cambridge/Boston again in the future.”

“The mattress are way too soft that I can’t sleep on it…if is more firm would be a lot more better..also in the night my kid were sick and mess up the pillows..asked for replacement pillows but was told there are no more pillows…..hotel is in a great spot but facility are bad…”

“When made reservation said there is a smoking room available, after arrival replied no smoking room at all. Big different information provided. Even my name spelling is wrong.....”

“The hotel locates in the middle of a construction site, not walking distance to any of the subway station. I booked the hotel to attend a conference at Harvard and I need to walk either 35 mins to Cambridge town or take a Uber which costs more than 20 back and forth. Not really ideal.”

“酒店很旧，洗手间显得很脏，特别是浴缸看起来黑乎乎的。酒店的窗帘不遮光，房间隔音也不好。当然，湖景还是挺漂亮的。”

“交通就在交流道口，停車便利。早點豐盛，房間稍微老舊但乾淨。”

“We were pleasantly surprised by the room for the price. Location is very convenient: just off the highway with lots of stores/fast food nearby. The decor was attractive and everything was clean. The towels were nice and plush, which doesn't always happen in a cheaper motel. The microwave was a nice touch. Other amenities were sparce: no breakfast, shampoo was a small packet of off-brand. We never did find out what the "Plus" is. ”
