This lovely property sits on 2 acres of land, gated for extreme privacy, features 3 cozy bedrooms with a king, queen, and full bed to accommodate all guests comfortably. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms, one with a relaxing jetted bathtub. Sit on the back patio with your morning coffee, listen to the birds chirp and take in the views of Lake Sawyer. In the evening time, you will witness the most breathtaking sunsets and you can enjoy the Disney Fireworks nightly over the lake. With amenities like WiFi, heating, AC, and a washing machine, your stay will be superb. There are several miles of trail, some are closed because of flood conditions, and a couple sections of boardwalk planks. There is a great variety of terrain from sawgrass marshes to pine flatwoods, bay swamp and oak hammock. The Fallen Log Crossing and Osprey Overlook trails are the must see parts of the preserve. You might luck out and see an osprey or eagle, or even a gopher tortoise. Could not get code to get in first night! Communication is terrible. Dirty bed sheets! Half of sink completely clogged! Dishwasher drained all over floor! Water in house smells horrible! Contact with host is non existent!!!

Major Rust Issues

We had issues getting check in information until literally hours before check in. The water was rusty (making the shower heads and bathtubs look rusty all overthem). There was so much rust in the water in fact that the towels were covered in rust when used after showering and it was even getting on our clothes. We had friends close by and ended up having to shower at their home every day after the first day. Wifi wasn't working. I would never rent this home again. If we were not in town for a wedding that was keeping us very busy I would have asked for a refund and vacated. Nightmare.
