Good location to explore Bowness. Easy check in and didn’t really see anyone after that. Rooms need a bit of TLC in my opinion but a good stay for what we paid.

Excellent and polite staff, very clean rooms, with easy access to the lake which is a 7-minute walk away, and plenty of restaurants near the hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, dining options in the area were superb and although parking is a little difficult there is a small car park just down the road to park in with extended stay tickets.
