Overall the property is very conveniently located. The staff was nice and the property was decorated well however, the walls are paper thin. One can hear everything that is happening in the hotel as well as in the adjacent rooms. Additionally, there is NO housekeeping at the end of our trip our floors were so dirty because of the snow and salt. I feel that the staff should have been more aware for this as the hotel is located on a mountain with skiing being the primary attraction.

From mulled wine to thoughtful communal dining (with great attention to food sensitivities), every detail was perfect. Don't miss the quirky barrel sauna! An ideal blend of luxury and mountain charm that made for a perfect getaway."

Excellent except we were on the first floor and there was no soundproofing between floors. We could hear every step in room above. And music and talking from the lounge until 11pm. After that it was perfectly quiet. The bartender Jamie was wonderful as was the communal dinner. Highly recommend!
