"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"Le logement était très sécurisé facile d'accès. Très spacieux avec de belles pièces notamment le grand espace salon cuisine et les 2 grandes chambres. Très bien insonorisé aucun bruit extérieurs. Par contre nous avons été extrêmement choqués de constater que la criminalité (dealers, prostitution, agressions,... et j'en passe, fasse partie du décor et, ce à tout juste 50 mètres de la résidence où nous avons séjourner et de très bonne heure il était 21h. 8/10 Good

"Great location. Small room, but handy amenities"

Le Royal Hotels & Resorts

10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely one-night stay at Le Royal Hotel and Resort Luxembourg as a couple. The hotel was elegant and welcoming, with comfortable accommodation and excellent service. Its central location was ideal for exploring Luxembourg, with many attractions conveniently close by. A relaxing and enjoyable stay that we would happily repeat and highly recommend."

Hôtel Perrin

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed very much our stay at Hotel Perrin. It’s a historic building very well maintained and comfortable, with unique artifacts and artwork with lots of history. The most especial experience for us was our conversations with Gianni, who gave us wonderful insights about the city and the history of Luxembourg—Gianni provides an excellent service to the guests and made our stay extra special and memorable."

Hotel Parc Plaza

10/10 Excellent

"Clean room, helpful staff. Free luggage room for keeping items. Only issue is that I had to keep my bike with me because it is in the car park away from staff oversight and because some guests threw the paper with the code on it on the floor right by the door! Just didn’t seem secure, but the hotel room itself was great and not far of a walk from the centre of Luxembourg"
