“It is an old hotel with lots of charm (on the outside). The lobby falls a little flat and could use a little more character and tbh... it smelled unpleasant! The room was very nice and looked as expected as shown in the photos. The king bed was very nice and comfortable, however the pillows were not - they went flat as soon as you laid your head on them. I think an addition of a desk would go a long way. The walls are thin so I heard our very loud neighbors talking on the phone 11pm at night.……

“We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.”

“While we were only able to stay one night due to our plans to travel up the Coast of California, we truly enjoyed everything about the quant and laid back lodging near the Russian River. Close to town, but still far enough down the road to feel the getaway vibe. Loved the huge Redwood trees, smores at the fire pit, and an amazing grab and go style breakfast, which we enjoyed back at our room. Would stay here again without hesitation! Great Place!”

“对于中国来的小伙伴，我是非常建议来这里体验，最理想是两晚上。房车里面提供了全部餐具及厨具，而且露营车不会给你收拾房间。注意部分避雷，火堆建议买合成木料，就是大块烧4.5小时那种，一个晚上准备两块够了。路边有卖木柴的，但是业余露营的不建议买。那是高手用的，难着，火弱，易灭。如果要在营地做饭的食物要带够，虽然附近有超级市场。附近有个州立公园适合远足，时间控制在五小时左右。”

“Very comfortable place to be. The building is thoughtfully designed, the staff is friendly and professional. Nice restaurant and bar on site. There is a free breakfast option with fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. The location is right downtown, easy walk to a number of restaurants, other businesses and a park. Valet or street parking only. Very nice vibe. We look forward to returning.”

“I truly enjoyed my time at Mandala Springs Wellness Retreat Center. The environment is peaceful, quiet, and deeply relaxing—perfect for anyone looking to slow down and reconnect with themselves. The surrounding hiking trails are absolutely beautiful, with scenic views everywhere you go. It’s a wonderful place for meditation, reflection, and simply being present in nature. “Clean and pretty large room, and the price is expensive but very reasonable for summer season in St. Helena, where most places are in the $600-800 range, and this one almost half. Liked that it wasn’t “corporate”. The grounds are kept pretty nice. Also liked that it was pet friendly… easy a nice places to walk your pup around the hotel too. Peaceful spot overall and literally next to some of the world’s best restaurants and vineyards.”
