「It's not bad, but I think they should update the amenities more often (water faucets, mattresses, and televisions). They're really outdated. They make too much money, and I didn't sleep very well in their beds during my stay.」

「Unit was clean and AC worked well. The beds were not very comfortable, too soft for us. The bedroom walls and bathroom wall and ceiling had several areas that need repairs/paint. Next visit, I will pay a little more and get a nicer place. I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. Pictures on website show one small step to get in unit from the porch. What wasn't shown is the other 2 steps to get into the porch. Also, bathroom door was so narrow that my mom's walker wouldn't fit.」

「We loved it here but only thing is building inside is old they need to renovate that elevator system is super busy and they need to fix their elevators too. We love it and and my kids love the part of the pool and the beach part. They have a very beautiful view at the nighttime.」

「We enjoyed the location and amenities provided. However our room was not clean. The floor had not been vacuumed or mopped upon arrival. The room was fine but the finishes were old and worn. There were cabinets missing hardware and stains on the doors that would not wash off. The curtains and lampshades were torn. 「The good thing about the property is that it's right on Ocean boulevard and it overlooks the beach. So we had a room with a balcony and of course waking up to the oceans. You in the morning is fantastic. The building is kind of run down. And not at all what it look like when I booked it. I think it's good if you have little kids because they have a saltwater pool and they're right on the beach and it's near a lot of things in North Myrtle Beach.」
