“The bathtub was cracked, there was no elevator and I had a 50lb suitcase plus my carryon suitcase to lug to the 3rd floor, and I am a disabled veteran so it was miserable. I was STRUGGLING just to get my bags from the disabled parking to the door, in the snow, and the front desk guy just watched me from the window the entire time, instead of helping me. Then he checked me in and put me on the 3rd floor!
The only hot breakfast food was pancakes but the machine didn't work. I will be posting this……
