"Why be so cheap and get rid of the hot breakfast on the weekends when families go there? We pay a higher rate and get less. That sounds about right for world we live in. We have stayed at this property a dozen or more times but I doubt we will be back. It used to be a good value but not any more. We used to like the Hampton Inn on the Cape Cod Canal also but that place got ridiculously expensive. Another good place that values the almighty dollar over its guests. I’m so not surprised. "Beautiful ocean views! What a cozy cottage by the sea. It felt remote even though it was just a few minutes from the highway. It had everything we needed and was perfect for a family of 3. The beach was clean and the sunrises were picturesque!I will definitely go back in the summertime. "

"This is a gorgeous home set on a lovely piece of land with an ocean view. The large lawn is great for kids and adults alike, and there is a private beach. The home is private, surrounded by trees on either side. You can enjoy coffee, dinner, or just about anything on the large deck that runs the entire width of the home and overlooks the water, or enjoy the view while you are in the kitchen or living room. The home is well equipped, very clean, and the owner is easy to deal with and very helpful. The pictures on-line are great, but they do not do justice to this special home. We loved it!"

"The area was beautiful! We went mid August and the neighborhood had gorgeous flowers blooming everywhere. The beach area was private and so relaxing. Our pup loved exploring the doggy beach. Good area for restaurants too… we really enjoyed Turk’s!"

"What an amazing place! Perfect location.Beach is basically in your back yard and views from almost every window. Close to everything and far enough for privacy. Shayna was responsive and a great host! Thank you for letting me stay in this gem!"
