Modern 2 bed/2 bath Condo in Great location

Two bedroom/two bath modern condo in the best bar/restaurant neighborhood, one bedroom has private balcony the other has ensuite bath.

30 seconds from Osborne village main strip. Walking distance to downtown (MTS Centre), West Broadway (hipster restaurants and live venues), The Exchange (higher end bars and restaurants), and the Forks (outdoor bar).
Located near bike paths/Transit. Best location in Winnipeg!

Great for hosting dinner/groups but you must specify that when booking.
Other things to note
This condo does have a stairway to get from the street to the patio where you enter, as well as some stairs between the main floor (living room, kitchen) and upstairs (both beds and bathrooms). STRA-2025-2760949

Inner city

Mike is a very nice guy and very responsive. Entry was easy because he has a good system. Bathrooms, carpets and sheets were clean. This is inner city Winnipeg. I used to live there so I expected to hear some night life over the weekend. The location is walkable to food and Safeway. All in all it was good.

Ok for short stay

The first apoearance was jaded as the porch was dirty and had not been cleaned. This area is noisy with traffic everywhere and road construction over the wntire city. This condo has steep stairs and all baths and bedrooms are on the second floor. More towels need to be provided and never did find a face clorh! Kitckwn well equipp3d. Livingroom sofa very uncomfortable. Dining room chairs low to sit on. Parking a hassle!
