Perfect setup for two couples with bed/bath suites on either end on the long great room. Well appointed and cozy! One block to the river and the National Eagle Center. Also, two blocks to Old Legion Coffee which opens at 7:00am so you can get your coffee and go sit watch the beauty of the morning unfold on the river walk.”

“Love the house! The upstairs area with its own sitting room was perfect and was used for so many things... crafts, reading, working, etc. The large kitchen was great for our large group to gather for meals. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and so were the bathrooms. We even played a few of the games in the living room.The location was close to everything...we walked everywhere... restaurants, stores, the winery! It was very easy to communicate with Julia and Jill. ”

“Very nice space. Well stocked kitchen. Clean. Secure building. Nice location. Had some difficulty with smart tv and internet but hard to know what contributed to that. Hot tub/bath was nice. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Would recommend.”

“Property is located one block from marina and beach and next to the incredible Harbor View restaurant. Unit is very nicely decorated and everything was in excellent working order. A perfect place to enjoy the lake and all Pepin and surrounding areas have to offer”

“This is a great little apartment on the main floor. It’s about a block from the Pepin marina with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We have friends that have a place in town but the train keeps me up all night when I stay there. I didn’t even hear the train here👍. We will definitely stay again!!”

Every piece of furniture and every lamp tells a story—but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the hospitality of the 80-something host, a former chef, who graciously prepared a beautiful and heartfelt breakfast ceremony for us. His kindness and attention to detail gave our journey a sense of home and heartfelt care. Thank you for not only providing a charming place to stay, but for making every guest feel seen, welcomed, and cherished. This will remain one of the warmest memories of my travels. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking quiet, history, and genuine hospitality. It’s more than just a B&B—it’s a soul-soothing experience."
