「Good service but old facilities, but nice distance to the crater lake, so we’re happy」

The staff gave us the keys to a room that was already occupied...we walked into someone else's room. Not only was that inappropriate, but also unsafe. 「No pillows on the bed when we got to our room. After getting our pillows (3 flat pillows) we looked at our room. It looked like they were doing maintenance to the room and needed a good cleaning. Other guests checked in about midnight and spent 45 mins swearing and yelling because their room was upstairs. I tried to call the front desk but no phone in room. I looked for the number online to call the hotel itself and was sent to voicemail. I wasn’t going to walk past the angry guests to go to the...
