「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「Such a lovely property. The 2 bedrooms were more than enough for our family of 4. Everything was exactly as described. Great location for the unit, central to both pools (neither of which was very busy) with a beautiful fountain/pond to overlook and enjoy while having morning coffee on the screened in patio. The gated complex is quiet and close to endless choices for dining/shopping. Easy drive to Disney. The owners are wonderful- can’t go wrong staying here.」

「We had a fantastic week at Disney staying at Windsor Hills. Having traveled from UK we didn’t want to bring kitchen things, sheets, towels etc and we didn’t have to, we had more than enough of everything. Washing machine and dryer were a life saver.」

「This rental was amazing, extremely clean, spacious, and the communication with the host was impeccable. She was even available around midnight when I had a question. The rooms are huge, 2 of them have a bathroom inside the room, the kids rooms are beautiful and the loft bed was a real hit. My 6 year old with Autism never voluntarily wants to sleep in a room separate from my husband and myself, but once she saw the loft bed, we couldn’t get her out of the room. We are more looking to purchase her...

「It was a great place to stay and met our needs for spring break. It was super close to the tennis and basketball courts and the pool and club house. Recommend to bring dish towels, dish washer tabs and bottled water. The water did not taste great. Was very close to Walmart which made grocery shopping super easy! It’s close to all the major theme parks and other attractions. If looking for a great place to eat, try Sickies Garage. Had great food and drinks! Would stay here again.」

「We will definitely be booking this again! Very pleased with the condo and amenities. Love the easy access to all parks and the pool area was fantastic. Only suggestions would be allowing an earlier check in time as the line to check in was backed out onto the highway and the a/c had an override that kept changing back to 80.」

「Our stay was very nice!! The property was exactly if not better then what I expected. The pool was warm and refreshing after a long day of walking the parks all day. As previous reviews stated there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 garbage bags, one roll of paper towel and 2 pods for the dishwasher, all of which we could have used more of for a family of 6, but made due and picked up some stuff. It is possible if i asked for more we would have been given more, but I didn't call to ask....

「We had a brilliant experience and holiday. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The check in process was very easy. The pool facilities were excellent and the kids loved them. The location was excellent with Walmart and lots of restaurants very close and the parks all within 15 minutes. We will come back.」

「简直糟糕透了。前台两位女工作人员，一脸不耐烦，好像旅客都欠他们的一样。不是那种面无表情哦，是那种冷着你给你摆脸子呢。真是令人不开心。整个酒店服务都很冷漠，就是那种懒得搭理你。 还有就是去迪士尼班车时间真的太少了，一天一趟到两趟，而且时间基本都不太有意义。 整体设施就那样吧，比较旧。 」
