Guests have a private entrance and bedroom and bathroom, and will need to share some walls with main house guests. this was a perfect place for our visit to Winter Park. No issues, other than the adjoining property controls the thermostat. It got a little warm for us at times. The ceiling fan was helpful.

We liked the cosiness of the apt. It was close to everything we wanted to do and see, not walkable but by car. Nice area and enjoyed having coffee maker, microwave, and fridge available.
