Great location; needs an update

Pros: Spacious, pet friendly, great location in town and within condo complex. Reasonable price. Hot tub. Deck nestled in woods. Easy check in/out. Friendly communication. Cons: Furniture is outdated. Whole place needs a deep clean as it was quite dusty. Some listed amenities not present or in need of repair (no grill, for example, and only 1 working patio chair).
