We had a group trip and stayed at this townhouse and it was absolutely beautiful just like the photos. The house has stunning views and a lot of places are in walking distance. The only thing that I wish was different was the amount of stairs but the overall house was great.

Fun filled time in Winter Park

Beautiful home with great views, well appointed, and great location! Responsive to request for hot tub water top-off. We hiked the Fraser trail, Biked Fraser to Granby and horseback riding in nearby Grand Lake. Easy walks to great coffee spots, breakfast, lunch and dinner spots. All in all, a great family trip. So much to see and do, and never enough time. We’ll be back!

Great place for multiple families

We stayed with 12 people (3 families) great space for folks to spread out, Nintendo switch for kids to play in the basement, hot tub was fabulous, and a quick walk to the free shuttle for a ride to the ski resort. Last the location was right next to great restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

Perfect spot!

The townhouse suited our needs perfectly and the location was great. The house is well furnished with plenty of extra bedding, supplies etc. The kitchen was well stocked and was fun to cook a meal in. We'd love to come back again!

This space was beautiful and spacious. Perfect set up for our two family vacation with 5 teenagers. Beautiful views for morning coffee on the deck to watch the sunrise. Easy access to restaurants, most with in walking distance. Only complaint was the partying neighbors a couple of nights.

Beautiful Townhome in great location

We were a group of 3 families and all fit perfectly. Our teens were happy to have the basement floor with the bunks, a queen bedroom, and a sitting area and the adults loved our upper floor rooms with beautiful views. The whole place was well stocked and very comfortable. The location was in downtown Winter Park and just a short drive to the mountain.

We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids. There are a lot of stairs so that is something to be aware of when booking. Overall unit was clean. Unfortunately the garage was broken so we could not ustilize it during our stay.

Summer Stay

We so enjoyed our stay with Winter Park Escapes. The townhome was so clean, had an amazing location and had everything we needed. The hosts were attentive and helped us out when we needed - we had one issue with a bedroom. Maintenance was out within two hours and it was fixed. While a lot of stairs, the home was perfect for 5 kids and 8 adults - we all had enough space, especially with the different floors (lots of stairs!). We would definitely stay here, or at their other locations, again!

Good overall. Fridge circuit breaker tripped before we got there. Cleaned up water and reset. Seems to be functioning. Good property well located for Winter Park CO and family. Highlight was witnessing a Bear walk the sidewalk along the stream behind the property!

Winter Park Arrow Luxury Condo

This Condo was well appointed on 4 floors with 4 bedrooms and modern furnishings. The outdoor hot tub has 4 corner bucket seats with great jets, plus room for others. The kitchen is spacious and great for those who want to cook a dinner for the group. The entry level has a guest bathroom, access to the garage and room to keep boots, plus stage luggage when arriving and departing. There is a bus stop within 500 feet of the condo that takes you to the Winter Park Village.

Amazing place to stay - we will definitely be back

What an amazing place to stay with plenty of space to spread out for our families. We had four adults and seven children. Such a wonderfully organized property manager!!! We had plenty of soap and towels and paper towels, and toilet paper and garbage bags. What a great great experience, not having to show up and immediately go out and buy all of those things. The only thing I can suggest would be to please add some dimmers to the lights in the property. All of the lighting is very harsh, especially at night when we're trying to watch TV and some people want to play cards at the dinner table. If there were dimmers at switches located around the main level, it would add an unbelievably wonderful ambience and experience. Overall, this is an absolute five star experience, and we will definitely be back at this property or by another one offered by this property group. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!
