We had an absolutely incredible time at Timber Top Lodge! The provided amenities were incredible and we particularly appreciated the pool table and hot tub. The kitchen was well-provisioned as well.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and extremely well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could want and the management was quick to respond to any issues we had. I would definitely stay here again. Be sure you have all wheel or four wheel drive though!

Awesome House

The house was awesome. The bunk beds are great, especially with 14 40 y/o guys on their yearly ski trip. Cook top is amazing and having the right cookware is a big plus. The only complaint from a bunch of older men was the bus stop was a little too far

Gorgeous Cabin

We celebrated my in-laws 40th anniversary this past week at this cabin. We had 12 adults and 6 little kids, we fit great. The family enjoyed hiking in the area, horseback riding, and ziplining. We loved the nightly sunsets from this cabin! It was such a treat staying here!

Amazing Stay!

This property was amazing! Great views all around and hiking trails that met right up to the property. The home was perfect for all ages, there was something to do for everyone! The nearby towns offered many excursions and dining experiences. Would highly recommend for a fun summer family vacation!

Spacious, comfortable, fun and thoughtfully stocked in every way.

We had a very nice time at the home. It has anything you could think of on the property and clean. Comfortable beds and accommodations. Bunk room was a huge hit! Beautiful views too!

Great house, was very spacious for our family of 10!!

House was beautiful and very accommodating for our family.. The only complaint about our stay was the mattresses in all the rooms need to be replaced other than that it was wonderful and our family enjoyed it!! Thank you!

Thanksgiving in the Mountains

This was a perfect location and stay for Thanksgiving in Winter Park. The kitchen was stocked, the house was spotless, we had everything we could have wanted and more!! Not in the listing is the amazing game closet that will keep your family busy for days! We will definitely be back.

The house was excellent, we were unhappy with management company due to insufficient attention to a gas leak, 911 was called and disaster avoided. We asked for reasonable financial reduction of rent and denied our request. A partial refund didokswgranted

Home away from Home

We planned to celebrate our Moms 70th Birthday and with COVID we never thought we could all get together. We stumbled across this home and it had the perfect setup for what we were looking for! The kids hideaway bunk room was amazing and having 4 rooms with King beds was exactly what we needed! From booking to checking out, the PMC was outstanding to work with as well! We hope to be back soon!

Very nice cabin. Does need a few maintenance issues fixed. I personally fixed a few things myself. Been in the trades for 25 years and this cabin is built very well. We stayed a full week. Exceptional area for avid outdoors people. Great hiking right out the back door. Lots of activities in the cabin also. Kids absolutely loved the bunk room. Kitchen was fantastic and we cooked on the griddle every day. Thanks for the best vacation ever. We will definitely be back. We are now in love with Colorado.

Perfectly Amazing!

We loved everything about this property! The kitchen was well stocked with every tools and dish possible! There was plenty of room to spread out, or stay close together! This home is incredibly beautiful! The very best part, hands down, was the bunk room! Our kids had so much fun playing in there, we never thought they’d go to sleep! We made a lifetime of awesome memories and would love to stay again!

Amazing Winter Park property

True luxury home with high-end finishes and an incredible amount of space. The house was perfect for our group of 12. The kids loved the bunk room, TV-gaming area, ping pong etc. The adults loved the luxury touches like king-sized beds, heated tile floors, commercial range, heated garage, wine fridge...I could go on and on. Renting via Winter Park Escapes was also a great experience. Their excellent communication made everything very easy.

Rocky Timber Top

The home itself was set up perfectly for our group. The teens loved the bunk room, as it was so unique. There was enough room to spread out, but yet designed well in order to come together for family time. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The downside is that the house has electrical and plumbing problems. These should be resolved before renting out property in the future.

The house was beautiful & was well stocked with everything we needed. The views were awesome. We had plenty of room for all of us. The bunk room was fun for all the kids. The hot tub, pool table & ping pong table were a great hit with all ages. We did have to call on a couple small maintenance issues. The weekend answering service never did send anyone, but during the week they were great & very polite. They even checked back on us to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend this property!

Fantastic

Our family of 16 found Timber Top to be a perfect spot for a family gathering. The layout met the needs of all ages from 2 to 79. The teenagers loved the lower level for pool and ping pong playing plus the bunk area. All the rooms were large so we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to prepare all of our meals. In all of the rentals we've had, this was the best kitchen. The deck off the kitchen was great for morning coffee and watching the afternoon thunder storms roll in. . A bonus was having the trails just down the road from the house. The trailhead led to many trail options for hiking and mountain biking. Winter Park Escape was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Timber Top and the management company for your next vacation.

Beautiful Luxurious Home!

We enjoyed our stay at Timber Top Lodge! It is a beautiful, luxurious home with all the amenities you could want! We couldn't get over how huge everything was...tall ceilings, enormous rooms, big furniture, etc. It felt like a house for giants! The hot tub was nice, though we were frustrated that the lid blocks the view, when it's up! The fireplaces looked amazing, but when on - made the house so hot that unfortunately, we couldn't ever use them. Bummer! The bunk room is crazy - with 6 bunks that are almost like forts. Kids loved it, but it also seemed pretty dangerous with the height and slippery stairs. Would recommend adding some safety features. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, though one of the oven's is out of service. Good thing they had 2 ovens! 2 dishwashers too! Only thing missing was the personal chef included... :) Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little bit of luxury!
