Great stay in winter park
We stayed at the property for 4 nights during spring break. It was located very close to the village (right across the street). Lots of good food options for hungry kids in the village. If you have older kids, the sofa bed might be small, but my kids are younger, so it worked out well. Overall it was a great stay. Only issue was we couldn’t get the smart tv to connect.

Just what we needed

The owners were easily accessible by email and phone. FYI bring you own towels. The property has limited number of facial towels.

Cozy Off Season stay
Kevin's condo was a great place to come back to after hikes/adventures during the day. I could see this being a fantastic place to stay during ski season too especially with the giant hot tub and being within walking distance of shops and the slopes.

What a perfect location and amazing unit! The owners of this property truly care about this property and their vacationers. A++ for communication! The unit had everything that we needed and amazing views! We loved being able to walk right across to the village! The complex hot tub was great! Hoping to stay there again!

Perfect location for Winter Park event
We were in Winter Park for a mountain bike event. The property is convenient to the base area making attending the event very easy. If we forgot anything it was only a couple of minute walk away. The unit is large enough to entertain which was what we wanted as we had our family (staying at a different property) over for dinner. We particularly appreciated the full-size refrigerator in the unit (I'm not sure all have one). There is a cage in the parking garage for bike storage which was also great! The view from this top floor unit is very nice and we spent some time each evening just sitting or standing on the balcony looking out. If we had any questions, Kevin was very responsive via the VRBO app. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property
We stayed at this location in between the ski and summer seasons so the whole area was very quiet. Perfect for our needs. The bed and bedding were great and everything in the unit worked properly as expected. The owner's responsiveness and communication were superb - we couldn't ask for better.

Great Location, Very Clean & Comfortable stay
My family and I had a fantastic stay at this condo. It's in a great location for easy walking access to the Gondola, even with small kids in ski boots! The place was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We used both the pull-out couch and the pull-out ottoman to fit our family and both were in great shape and very comfortable. The owner, Kevin, was very friendly and helpful. We stay at Winter Park two to three weekends a year (come in the summer and bike!), and will look for availability here for our future trips. Highly recommend.

Great Experience
My husband and I were looking to get away and we landed on Winter Park. At the time of booking, the mountain was supposed to be open for our stay. However, the opening date got pushed later 😩 we decided to go anyway and we’re glad we did! The Condo was perfect for us. It was a great size throughout and we were very comfortable. The drive into winter park (the town) was easy and convenient. We plan to come back at a later date when the mountain is open because this location would have been really great in proximity to the village. I can’t leave a review without mentioning how great it was working with Kevin. He was prompt with replies, even as early as several weeks before our planned trip. He accommodated our requests and was so easy. We weren’t really sure what to expect when our plans fell through, but we’re really glad we went through with our trip as planned because we really enjoyed ourselves and this cozy condo.

Fantastic unit, convenient location
This unit was in great condition and very well stocked. It is a short walk across the street to get to the gondola at the Winter Park base area - there are also little red wagons you can use to haul your skis if you don’t want to carry them. Because the unit is on one end of the horseshoe shaped building, it is a bit of a long walk to the elevator. But the direct access to the garage, hot tub and street are awesome. Very convenient ski lockers on ground level. HUGE hot tub was fantastic. The unit itself was larger than it seemed in the photos, ideal for my husband and me. Loved the large bathroom with plenty of counter space. If you want to do a lot of cooking, the only oven is a combo microwave/convection (there is also a two burner electric stovetop) and counter space is limited. We ate most of our breakfasts and a few dinners in the unit. Loved the gas fireplace and balcony. We would definitely come back!

Perfect location
The condo was so great! Clean, perfect location, beautiful views, and the bathroom was huge! Which I can appreciate. Kevin was so accommodating and wonderful to work with. Only thing that’s a little fidgety is the access to get into the garage, it took us a couple times of having to call the operator, but we got in just fine after that. I would definitely recommend Kevin’s place!

Perfect family ski accommodation
From the location to the cleanliness to the small touches the owners had to the amenities, we couldn’t have asked for more. We have stayed at many ski resorts before but this one was our favorite. Closer to the lifts than the resort parking. It’s perfect for a small family. Thank you to the owners for making our stay seamless and enjoyable.

BETTER THEN I THOUGHT!!!!
Location, location, location!!! You know what they always say location is number #1. Its nice and close to the slopes, shopping and eating. That's what I'm looking for after a day of skiing. Coming back to the condo I drop my equipment in my locked locker head upstairs to change into a swim suit for the hot tub now thats a vaction... Kevin the owner was wonderful in every way. Easy breezy vacation.. Highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo in Winter Park
Perfect for small families, and the owner responds withing minutes on Homeaway. Well stocked condo with lots of extras and a perfect view of the ski resort. Only thing I wasnt aware of when booking was that everything(stores, restaurants)in Winter Park Resort was closed for the offseason, which wasnt a big deal, as we just drove to downtown and Fraser.

Temperature control issues
The building regulates the heat -- which was on all day and night. Our stay was in mid-May. With the windows open the lowest temperature was about 75 degrees. The thermostat in the unit does not control the heater. It was very uncomfortable during the evening/night even with a box fan provided by maintenance who confirmed they couldn't turn off the heater in our unit. The property manager/owner was responsive but nothing could be done to fix the issue.

I am disappointed to hear that your stay was uncomfortable due to the heater issue that occurred on the last night of your extended stay. After staying two nights, you requested an additional night. Thankfully, I was able to accommodate your request. This issue occurred on the last night of your stay. I tried to rectify the situation immediately but unfortunately did not know that the heater was actually broken and since has been repaired. (After Eric from maintenance went to check on your situation, I spoke with him and he reassured me that the thermostat had accidentally been placed in override. However, after you left I discovered that the thermostat and actuator for the baseboard heat had malfunctioned. The temperature control is regulated inside the unit and the building only controls heat in the hallways.) I strive to make every stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, going the extra mile whenever I can.

Amazing getaway
This condo is in a perfect location just a short walk across the road from the village. Kevin is very quick to respond and has put together a packet of information that answers any possible question you may have very clearly. The condo itself is beautiful with a very comfortable master bed, a queen size pull out with what feels like a memory foam topper. This was the perfect getaway for our family of four. I woukd not hesitate to rent this unit again.
