Great Place

This was our second time staying here, it’s a great place! Notice they upgraded the exterior since last time, it looks really nice, also replaced a sliding door or two. The decks are very nice to sit out and get a great view of the mountains, an amazing view from the master bed. The only reason I’m giving this a 4/5 stars is because the one wall seemed to be having electrical issues on the main floor, so there were extension cords running around to provide power.

Nothing flashy, but meet our group's needs

It was our second stay at this property. It is a bit older and shows some age, but served as a perfect place for our group of friends and family to relax, eat and rest after our days on the slopes.

Beautiful location

This was an amazing house, plenty of room and beautiful views. Only thing is there is no broom. So cleaning up after kids was tricky but totally worth it!

Great place and had all that we needed —- except for extra trash bags. Slightly lacking in bath towels for a larger group. Host easily accommodated the request to stay an extra night due to weather and travel impacts.

Great Location and Experience

Condo was very roomy and perfect for our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids). The location was great - close to both Winter Park and Fraser. We thought the kitchen could have been a little better equipped - i.e., we had to buy some 9x13 pans for baking, there weren't many items we could use to put leftovers in the fridge. There's also some cracked tiles in the kitchen that constantly made us a little nervous. Overall, though, we were very happy with the experience.

Many parts of the house were broken or not functioning. Many outlets, the fireplace, the door to to the hot tub, and a very icy entryway into the garage which was inaccessible. While it was a convenient place, it needs a refresh and fixes badly.

Kitchen table leg not attached. Upstairs west bath tub sliding glass has only one roller. door fell off. Could not get the hot tub to heat up. These need fixed before next guest.

Great condo, by a very noisy train track

Gorgeous, clean condo and it was in great location as far as close to shops and restaurants.... Only issues is that is is literally 150 feet away from a train track. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the ad, which is disappointing, because after we checked in...we mentioned that we had both a 4 year old and a 2 month old. The trains go by hourly at night and it sounds like they are coming through the home. Our baby constantly woke up crying and it scared our 4 year old. We were looking for a quiet condo where we could sit in the hot tub and relax while hanging with the kids. Instead, we felt like we were staying in NYC by a subway. We even left Estes Park to visit this location for the first time and it was a big downer. We found ourselves tired during the day and couldn't do anything, because we were up all night trying to get the kids back down. The most disappointing this is that the manager was very hard to get ahold of and it took 2 days for him to call us back and then he never fixed our WIFI issues or the hot tub, that was so low, that it sprayed the home when turned on...so was used minimally. Overall, I can't recommend this location unless you want to pass out after a long day of skiing with windows closed, but in the summer windows have to stay open for the home to stay cool...because no AC. Also, the amount of stairs is dangerous for children or elderly, so would avoid unless you are prepared.

Great Place

The place was great! Lots of rooms, beds and general space for lots of people. Close to Lift stops for skiing at Winter Park, and having your own hot tub (post skiing) was amazing! Highly recommend it!

This townhouse had so much space, was centrally located to town and had beautiful views. We loved the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

Alright, not what was advertised

The place was decently clean and provided a comfortable place to sleep for four adults and a child. The advertised hot tub didn’t work from day one. Management had a maintenance tech out to look at it in two days and they had to order a part for repair. They were perfectly clear it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. Great job being upfront, but a huge disappointment as the hot tub was a large reason we booked this particular place. Neither fireplace worked either. We tried lighting them both but it didn’t appear the gas line was turned on. Disappointing stay, but still a comfortable place to sleep.

The home was quite comfortable with every convenience. The view from each story was superb. Recommend this to all travelers visiting this area. Worth the drive from Georgetown which was our primary purpose in visiting.

Relax in Comfort

Beautiful setting and cozy accommodations. We saw wildlife right outside several times. Convenient location for all types of outdoor activities and local restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood with awesome views of the continental divide.

Pleasant stay.

We really loved the location/hot tub/ and home. There were a few things that could be improved like the WiFi password in the email was incorrect and a cupboard door was broken. It was clean, but a little more attention to detail would have gotten the five stars.

Beautiful views and all the comforts of home.

We stayed here after the initial rental wasnt what we really wanted. The property manager in winter park was amazing. He got us moved here the same day I called him. The place was exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub was perfect in the brisk evenings. The many balconies and decks gave amazing views of the town and the mountains. The king size beds in both master suites were great. There were plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of room to spread out. Would definately rent again.
