Jennifer’s place was lovely! Second floor was easy for our young kids and she had a lot of extra items that helped our stay be more comfortable!

This place was amazing. Location is great, faces the village, so no loud snowcats all night. Jennifer left a jar of candies, a tray of assorted treats and there’s a WII that entertained us every night. The condo is also on the same level as the ski lockers, which is so convenient and you can skip the elevator when going to the village and just take one flight down. The village is amazing and you can ski right outside the door of the Zephyr to the gondola or lifts.

Great Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful time with an extended stay around 4th of July. The location was perfect, beautiful and the accommodations met our needs and expectations. Jennifer was very communicative through the app prior to our stay, and we had no reason (with all of her background information) to contact her during our stay.

Condo was very clean, and location is ideal. It's on the same floor as the ski lockers and gondola really is just steps away. This was the most thoughtfully supplied vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. Everything anyone would need is there. Lots of hooks for hanging clothes and enough shelf space in the bathroom. Highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Ski Condo

I cannot imagine a location closer to the mountain and gondola. This condo is a true ski in / ski out. My boys, 10 & 12, and I had a great time. There are plenty of food, ski rental, ski tuning, and shopping options within a few hundred yards. If you need more, driving into town is a little under 10 minutes away. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and has all the essentials one may need such as coffee, spices, popcorn, hot chocolate, etc. Furthermore, Jennifer is very fast to respond and give advice or help regarding the condo. She provided us with plenty of info to help with any ski rentals (located in the base of the building), food options, and check-in instructions. My boys and I had a great time and would love to stay here again!

Best location in Winter Park

If you know the Zephyr you know it’s the best/closest ski in ski out property in Winter Park. This condo was on the same floor as the ski lockers, exit to slopes, and hot tubs. Best location ever!!!

Convenience Galore

The location is unbeatable. Leaving the condo, you walk just steps down the hall to the locker room, gear up, walk out the other side of the locker room and just down the hall you exit the same level. From there, a few steps up the hill, strap in and glide down to the Gondola line. After the day on the mountain is done, you have a number of restaurant options and other amenities right outside the building. The host is wonderful, you can tell she takes pride in her position. She was so accommodating and quick to respond. Overall, a great stay.

Great location, friendly and communicative!

What a perfect location! Ski in, ski out- thoughtful amenities. Very functional and convenient, loved all the board games- our 8yo son slept well on living room pullout. Nice to have fans because the building stays warm. Incredibly fast response time as well!

Winter weekend!

Great location right in the village! It worked out so well for my family, especially having an infant, and being able to easily come and go to still get some runs in. Would recommend for anyone!

Perfect place right next to mountain

My kids were in a competition right by the gondola. This place was so convenient we were able to swing in for lunch and not stress about getting to event on time. It had everything we needed including a comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and lots of hooks to hang things !! So close to restaurants for apre drinks and meals. The parking and ski lockers were added perks !!! My husband and I had a very relaxing weekend and will definitely stay here again !

Beat the heat

We had a wonderful time and our mission was accomplished which was to get out of the Arizona heat for a couple of weeks. Our stay and the property was excellent and beautiful. The weather was exactly as we'd hoped it would be. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Communication was great and everything went smooth. Thank you!

we will not recommend this unit

No safety bar in TUB shower. Veranda . had to wash the furniture and table, floor was full of dirt, leaves etc. Entrance to unit had DIRTY white carper, we called owner left message did NOT receive a return call or text.
