「Just terrible. Hot, one small fan. Cramped space. Uncomfortable, beds. No staff. No storage for bags which we needed to bring with us all day till check in. Will never stay at a place like this again.」

「Good service! Although we arrived Zürich at noon, it was forward our schedule, as we had a raining day in Zermatt. We had a early check in, very thankful for the kindness.」

「Clean room and good staff」

「can't store suitcase overnight very bad service」

「The hotel location is very good. The room is clean and cozy. Staffs are helpful and friendly.」

「Prefer full buffet type of breakfast instead of semi serve type breakfast since not enough staff at peak hours. The variety of breakfast has to be upgraded to match the relative high cost of the room. However hotel location is really very convenient. No shuttle bus service to and from airport despite this is the selling point in the Hotels.com website.」

「Breakfast doesn’t have much of selection 」

「Very Good 」

On the fourth complaint, the front office assured me it would be sorted out while I was out for the day. We got back to our hotel at...
