The first floor offers three large bedrooms - two with king size beds and a third with a queen bed. Each comes with a TV; the master bedroom also has a suite retreat master bath that includes a whirlpool tub, double sinks and a walk in shower. The large modern kitchen includes rustic hickory cabinets for storage, a table with seating for six and plenty of counter space for extra seating and/or food preparation. The adjacent dining room (seating for eight) opens to the great room which is furnished with a gas fireplace, love seat, sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations, and a flat-screen TV. Two and a half baths and a large utility room with washer and dryer round out the main level.

Guests will be amazed with what the lower level has to offer. The beautifully finished basement includes three bedrooms with king size beds. The third full bath is located downstairs in the common area for convenience. The lower level is also home to a huge family/rec room which includes a TV viewing area, sofa bed, ping pong/pool table, foosball, and wet bar with an additional full-sized refrigerator. The home also features a theatre room with a 60 in. flat screen TV, cable, and multiple levels of comfortable seating. This is where your guests will want to be for the big game and/or movie night. Complimentary WIFI is provided.

Big Sky Lodge is just steps away from Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 16, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.
