“This hotel is amazing!!! Service is terrific, the property is just awesome, I didnt know anything about it when I booked it, just thought it looked neat. It's such a choice location. You cannot beat the fantasy theming all over the resort. The pool complex is good, loved the large hot tub in the back, none of the pools are huge but I didn't feel like they needed to be. We really enjoyed this stay!! Breakfast on site was A+ as well.”

“Very clean hotel. Our room had some drainage near the ceiling as if a past guest had a carbonated dark beverage explode and get all over the wall. This may have been unnoticed by housekeeping. Otherwise very clean. The vent in our bathroom didn’t work so it ended up a bit humid in the room. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast of egg, potatoes and turkey sausage. Cereal, oatmeal packets, fruits and muffins were a nice option! Overall would stay again!”

“As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. We had no issue with that, we did not want our room cleaned. We just needed one of the beds to have clean sheets because it was soiled and unsanitary to sleep in. The woman at the……

“It is a hidden gem. It is close enough to downtown Wisconsin Dells to be there i. A couple minutes but far enough away to be quiet for a peaceful hangout away from the crowds.”
