“This room (Bronze room) was perfect for our stay and the hotel is centrally located just off the "ring" in the old town and easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and wineries. The hotel has their own independent winery and a tasting cellar downstairs. There is even a hotel cat who comes up to greet you (see picture) -- always a good sign when a cat adopts a place :) ”

“What a special place to stay. An ancient French country villa converted into a small hotel with all the quirks of a centuries old property, and with all the charm. We visited in winter time and loved soaking in the hot tub after a day of touring and then the steam and dry sauna. Breakfast was delicious and ample with eggs as you want them. The staff could not have been more helpful. We also liked the “honor bar” where you can get a bottle of local wine or an expresso or water and just leave a……

“I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very clean and quiet, and I especially appreciated the ample parking area. And the breakfast, offered at an additional charge, was well worth the cost. Most of the food served was sourced locally, within a few blocks of the hotel. The proprietors are a very nice, accommodating couple who made May time there quite pleasant. ”

“This is a fantastic property. We arrived around 19:00 but were able to make dinner reservations at the onsite restaurant for 20:00. Dinner was fantastic and the service outstanding. The rooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!! ”
