「Comfortable 」

「Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Food good. Plenty of parking. Comfortable room.」

「對外交通工具不便，房間蚊蟲很多」

「Room was bright and clean. Breakfast was fine. Location was good. Unfortunately there was an awful damp smell from the bathroom that permeated the whole bedroom. I was only there for a night so i didn't complain, but it's in need of some maintenance.」

「房間非常整潔, 裝設很漂亮, 很有特色. 屋主很有善, 早餐豐富, 很好的體驗, 很推薦」

「A very friendly welcome and staff were always ready to help my partially disabled wife. The meals were excellent and well planned. The hotel was very welcoming and felt homely with such Georgian/ Victorian style .」

「Room was clean, bed was comfy, parking was easy and checking in was simple. Would happily stay again.」

「We had emailed the hotel three times before our arrival to book a table in the restaurant and received no reply. 「The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.」

「Hotel muy bien ubicado」

「Everything was ok,」

「Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy. The kitchen was okay but missing many things like bowls, poorly equipped. Entrance was unlit, making later arrival difficult as unable to see entrance and unable to enter code. Cleaning...

「Nice hotel with a great location on Brayford. The staff are helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Only downside is that if you get a connecting room you can hear everything in the next door room!」
