"Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too."

"Not being too family with Birmingham I booked this hotel, was visiting the NEC but I underestimated the distance between the the hotel and the NEC, regardless of that though I can say that the hotel and the area in which it is situated are both lovely, conveniently near local high street shops, the hotel may not be much to look at from the outside but donā€™t let this put you off, the interior is lovely and well maintained, the reception staff and friendly and helpful, there is free chilled water in the reception also which goes through to the bar and restaurant, for those who like to keep a regular schedule of exercise there is a very decent gym with very modern treadmills and cross trainers along with a weight area, the rooms a very spacious and also very well presented, our stay was great and I would stay there again."
