Zu kalt morgens. Das Haus ist allgemein unbewohnt. Die Einfahrt zum Carport schmal. Steile Stiege zur FeWo und das 2. SZ ist 1. Stock höher. Der Kamin ist nur elektrische BeleuchKamin ist nur elektronische Beleuchtung. "

Im Sommer kann man hier sicherlich auch eine schöne Zeit haben, denn bis zum See sind es gerade einmal 5 Gehminuten und es werden Fahrräder, ein SUP und anderes Equipment zur Verfügung gestellt."
