“The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.”

“The room was super cozy and clean, recently renovated. The residence is near the city center, just 10 minutes with the tram. I especially loved the fact that in my room there was a spiral notebook with all the necessary information for my stay and suggestions for restaurants, pizzerias etc (I went to DaGrasso pizzeria in front of the residence and pizza was scrumptious). Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly. If for any reason you need an elevator, there is none (as far as I know).……

“Our whole stay here was perfect. The staff can’t do enough to help you. Check-in was quick and easy with a free glass of Prosecco. The bar serves amazing cocktails and is all carefully thought out - from the decor to the drinks. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. It also felt luxurious, even with a pillow menu! The pool area was well kept and always clean. You never saw or heard people cleaning either, it all seemed to just magically happen. Of all the European hotels……

“Clean good size room. Bed came down from the ceiling. Great location walkable to the main sites. Having a drinking water facility in the lobby with water jugs to take to your room was very helpful ”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great. ”
