“Our whole stay here was perfect. The staff can’t do enough to help you. Check-in was quick and easy with a free glass of Prosecco. The bar serves amazing cocktails and is all carefully thought out - from the decor to the drinks. Our room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. It also felt luxurious, even with a pillow menu! The pool area was well kept and always clean. You never saw or heard people cleaning either, it all seemed to just magically happen. Of all the European hotels……

“The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.”

“The attention to detail was brilliant, it was my partners birthday and they provided cake, balloons and a letter from the staff for a small fee. We were always greeted by staff at the reception and the room/hotel was spotless and incredibly attentive. Would stay here again and have recommended to all friends and family who are looking at visiting Krakow. ”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great. ”

“Lovely and clean room in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the main square. Excellent value for money, would definitely recommend. Just one thing to note, there is no luggage storage at the property. On the day of check out we left our bags around the reception area downstairs at our own risk and returned to collect them before reception closed (2pm on a Sunday), so they weren’t left in the corridor with no one around. This wasn’t much of an issue for us though as we had backpacks and……
