“The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. “This was a real get away from it all whilst still being near the city. The staff go above and beyond to help and support their guests. There was lovely food provided for us in the fridge when we arrived at the little cottage. The only downside was that there were no curtains in the bedroom. Whilst I love being in the woods and seeing and hearing the birds, I did not enjoy being woken up at 4am, with the sunlight and heat streaming through the window. “As I know, they provide the rooms in different buildings. The room my friends have stayed was nice. However, the environment of the room I stayed was was humid. The showerpipe was rusted, the bedding sheet was not clean and mattress was not comfortable. On the day we arrived, the flush system of toilet was not working. Unfortunately, it was national holiday and they fixed it one day after. I would say, the service was ok, but based on the price, the room should be better.”
