「Very central to old town and only 10 minutes walk to main square. Few minutes from train station, which is 7 stops to airport (15 minutes approx). Great stay and would definitely stay in this hotel again.」

「The property is perfectly located in a historic building and square that is lively with people. Beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Peaceful sleep. Only annoyances were a loose toilet seat, and a clogged bathroom vent fan, which was ineffective as a result. Why don’t hotels regularly check these kinds of things? Also, to get into the hotel you must run a gauntlet of restaurants and their touts, including one for this hotel, who try to get you to eat there.」

「The apartment was completely fresh, it still had that new smell. Fixtures and fittings were as pictured and nice and contemporary. The shower was a little awkward with being half enclosed, half wet room and did spill water out onto the floor. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows and the air conditioning was a god send whilst there during a heatwave and was super quiet. 「Great stay. Reception was extremely kind and helpful. Language barrier was not an issue. Krakow had a very safe feeling and this hotel was in walking distance for a lot of shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.」
