Extremely quiet hotel considering it was located approx 5 min walk from the main square and the pedestrian area is busy. Our room was spacious for 2 adults king sized bed, 2 teens in a double sofa and rollaway bed. Terrace was lovely for a drink and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The location could not have been better and the room was exquisite. We are now planning a return trip just so we can return to the beautiful place.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful, located in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars, and walkable to many attractions. The reception staff is young and their English is adequate unless you have an issue, then they struggle with explanations or directions. We booked a spa package for 2 at the upstairs reception because there was no one at the spa reception, and when we arrived there was only one massage room. They could only do one person but we were never told that by them when they earlier had to rebook our reservation. Very disappointing to excitedly get into our robes and go down to the spa only to find we had to go back to our room and dress for something else to do. The tv (very important to Americans) had about 5 channels and none were in English, no movies to relax to. No VIP access as promised by Expedia, weren’t offered champagne reception or anything else. If it were run by more seasoned staff it may have been a better experience.

Great location for seeing Krakow. Everything in walking distance. The spa is amazing ! Rooms are clean and spacious. The only downside is the noise that comes from the bar/club opposite until early hours of the morning. TV in room could do with more English channels only had Euro News and no connection for Netflix etc overall a great hotel and would defo recommend

The hotel is very beautiful with possibly the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in whilst being away on holiday. Really good location and nothing was too much for the staff, super helpful and super friendly! Will definitely return 😁

Lovely clean hotel. Great pool and spa. All the staff are very friendly . Great location near to the main square Our room was overlooking the street so was a little noisy until the early hours.
