「This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property. Everything is faultless from the rooms to the location. This is the only hotel I will stay in whilst visiting Krakow」

「The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of freshly prepared options each day. However, I noticed the food tended to feel fresher before 9am, likely as it hadn’t been sitting out for as long. The three-tier serving concept was a great idea, but the middle tier consistently included pork charcuterie, which I do not eat, despite reminding staff each morning. The staff were professional, and helpful throughout my stay.」

「I did not use the breakfast. My room was very clean and quiet and i enjoyed thr front lounge. 」

「The hotel is nice in the very good location. The room was spacious It was very hard to find, because hotel doesn’t have its name displayed in a form that can be seen. I found it very inconsiderate to customers as I had to walk back and forth on the street with luggage and it was stressful. My room wasn’t ready at 2pm and although 3pm is official check in time, most hotels would have it ready 」
