“Gorgeous Hotel , aesthetically pleasing to the eye . We were treated amazingly from the moment we arrived … the Prosecco on arrival was an added bonus . Our room was just as amazing with the comfiest bed and pillow menu to boot . The hotel had beautiful Christmas decorations inside and out ( I believe Christmas doesn’t finish until the end of January) . It was warm and welcoming . The hotel spa and sauna , again was aesthetically pleasing and was just what we needed after our day of adventures……

“The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.”

“What a beautiful hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and spoke perfect English. The decor with the mix of old and new was really well done, fresh and spotlessly clean. Nice touches with cups and saucers, iron, safe and a long shoe horn i didn't know I needed in my life until now!! We enjoyed the sauna which was free to use. Brilliant location to explore the old town and elsewhere in Krakow. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great. ”
