This terraced 3 bedroom house is tucked away in a leafy cul du sac. With a large separate kitchen, a downstairs loo, open plan dining/sitting room there are French doors on to the private garden where you will find a shed and patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles, (one with an en-suite shower room and the other has twin beds which zip link to become a king sized bed) and a family bathroom. Well-behaved pets welcome. Very close to the Basingstoke Canal trails and Brookwood Country Park.

Two allocated parking space and ample free residential parking. Easy Access to Brookwood Station & Woking Station.

Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules).
