“Amazing properties. Very cozy, beds are comfortable, very clean and great location. We will come definitely come back and will recommend to our friends and family”

“When we arrived there was no heating, within an hour of reporting it a plumber had come out, electric heaters were provided as it couldn’t be fixed straight away. Very efficient service. Apartment great location near facilities, very clean only downside is sofa bed in lounge really is not comfortable for sleeping on, you could feel the springs through the mattress.”

“The apartment was furnished and decorated to a very high spec with lots of tech gadgets. Cooling fans in all the rooms and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances of good quality. The bed which was high end with a Tempur mattress was firm. It might suit some guests but for us it was too firm. A few too many air fresheners! We are sorry to say that the sofas weren’t comfy in particular the sofa bed again too firm even though we appreciated they were of a high standard being Italian leather.”

“Overall great stay Used as base location and exploring whitby Robins hood bay and Scarborough Will stay again Downside bench right outside the main door bit off putting but apart from that great”

“This was a lovely stay, the apartment was perfect for us, very clean and plenty of parking. We've not got a dog but the whole site is very dog friendly and the beach is only a 10 min walk away... we loved the beach and the free swimming (bookable) was good too. Thank you”

“Lovely house in a very quiet street in hunmanby . The house was spotless and warm when we arrived , it is very well equipped and everything there you need . Would definitely recommend and will book to go again .”

“Really enjoyed out stay in this comfortable apartment.”

“My family and I absolutely loved staying at Bailey's Beach House, everything was to a very high standard. Fully equipped kitchen was high spec and easy to use. The location were really quiet considering the house is near to the amenities. We especially enjoyed all the artwork around the house. Thanks”

“We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the front door. Everything was perfect. It was lovely and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable 4 day stay. Beds were so comfy and clean. We will definitely come back.”

“Gingerbread cottage was a lovely cottage it had everything you needed. However the bay was rather lacking in things for the children to do. For the size of the place the play park was disappointing. The children loved the swimming pool but apart from that there was nothing for them to do. I found it very tired and in need of some upgrading. It felt more like a retirement village than a holiday park.”

“We had a wonderful stay at **The Hideaway at The Bay, Filey. The property was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing dog friendly break. It felt very comfortable and homely from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, with parking available and just a short walk to the stunning beach. It's also close to the on-site amenities, making it a great base for exploring the area or simply relaxing. We especially enjoyed peaceful walks along the……

“We recently had a lovely stay with our toddler grandaughter. Great, clear communications from the owners. The cottage was clean and very well equiped with everything you could need. Even had children's cutlery, plates, high chair and stair gate. Good size living area and spacious bedrooms with plenty room for the travel cot. Grassed area out the back bi fold doors for the little one to safely run around on. Easy walk to the leisure facilities, pub, shop etc, and short walk to the beach path. Yes……

“Nice house. A bit of a walk to an otherwise a great beach.”

“Fabulous place to stay Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington close destination to get to. Fabulous time with family and the weather was perfect ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. It's in a great location, clean, well equipped and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5.”

“We always love The Bay at Filey and have stayed previously in other excellent accommodation, this is by far our favourite due to its location on Blue Anchor Road, which has a sleepy exclusive feel to it. Sandy Feet Retreat is superb!! Clean, cosy and comfortable we had the most relaxing 4 days. Everything you could possibly need is available, all in great working order and clean. We would definitely return, and recommend this property to others. The Bay is a fantastic base for what we wanted a……

“Cottage was perfectly located and well equipped albeit small for the price. Bathroom great, cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen. Couple of areas needed redecorating. But communication was non existent. Contacted host twice without reply on day of arrival to get the passcode for the keys. Also phone number was for Sykes cottages which was closed. Ended up knocking on doors nearby and finally got to the right person.”

“We had a great long weekend at Echo beach, the house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, Also a great location right next to the park, would definitely recommend and we would stay here again.”

“Lovely place great location. We had a great time ”
