“Ideally situated close to downtown Sheridan, with an easy walk to everywhere. I absolutely appreciated the airport shuttle as well as the extensive breakfast buffet. The staff was SO friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, though in need of some updates. I would absolutely stay here again as it was a nice easy walk to my sister's house.”

“This stay was very interesting. The evening was fine but the morning was crazy. The breakfast was fine except that they ran out of almost everything. The craziest part was that no one was working and I mean no one. Phone was ringing non stop and people were locked out of rooms and being double charged and everything. I will not stay here again. “It was pet friendly. The air conditioning worked great. Very poor maintenance. No chair to sit on in the room. The faucet handle fell off when I turned on the water. No bath mat for the floor. It’s just really old and not been taken care of. Sketchy place. Very glad I had a big dog with me.”

“I would not stay here again. Had I known it would be so subpar, I would have kept driving to another hotel. While the staff attempted to be accommodating, and that was the only redeeming quality of this establishment, the property and room were not well maintained. It smelled like mold and body function, the wifi did not work at all, we were visited around 11pm by a bunch of young ppl "looking to party" with the previous people who stayed in our room, and the sliding door was sealed shut which……

“The lodge said they could not confirm our room. In the end they gave us a room and said they would comp us the cost. Since we had already paid not sure how they figured they comped us anything. Owner said Expedia was not confirming rooms and we were the 10 th guests to show up. They tried to blame Expedia and I said no way. I am a gold member so the problem must be on their end. ”
