“We had a wonderful time in the "Green" apartment. Good access to trains, the view from the room was nice, and the time spent was relaxing. Our host was wonderful, attentive and a wealth of information. Definitely, a place to stay if you want access to Freiburg and the Black Forest.”

“Pros: Spacious and roomy house!! Cons: It was a really hot week - so we were a little too warm!”

“Pros: So eine Vollausstattung in einer Fewo hatten wir noch nie! Und wir sind sehr erfahren darin, seit 45 Jahren. Begrüßt wurden wir persönlich und mit einem sehr schönen Blumenstrauß auf dem Tisch! Für uns persönlich wichtig ist der Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Totale Ruhe. Wandrung durch die Weinberge von da aus möglich. Wir haben uns als Dauerbesucher angemeldet. Cons: Nix. Es gibt halt keine Versorgungsmöglichkeit vor Ort. Aber das weiß man vorher...”

“The bedsit was lovely and clean, and had everything that we needed, the access to the garden really helped with the dog. The kitchen was useable, (only the kettle didn't pour very well, more on the tops than the cups!) :) - Better kettle needed. It was a nice touch to have a welcome brochure, only the map of the walk round town could do with being a little bigger. The other nice thing was the toiletries a great bonus.Shower was greatBed comfyI was a little confused how I got the key but managed……

Tom thanks so much for being an extraordinary host!!’ Hopefully we will meet again! All the very best…Bill, Drew and Marie”

“Beautifully appointed apartment in a superb location. Fantastic communication from our host, including local sightseeing and restaurant tips. Hot tub on the roof top was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon. Points to note are that it's a penthouse and there's no lift. Also, double check the sleeping arrangements will work for you if your party is more than 2 people.”

“My son and I absolutely loved (!!!) staying here. Tom is so nice and personable, and he provided great recommendations for places to eat and visit. It was also fun that he could chat some about recent history of Freiburg. The rooms were clean and well-heated, and the showers and whirlpool tub were great! Modern. Excellent hot water and rainfall showerhead. The location, in my opinion, cannot be beat. It’s only two blocks from Munsterplatz. My teenage son loved the privacy and rustic (in a clean,……

“Beautiful, clean, and very comfortable space in a central location. It was easy to pop out for sightseeing and meals. We didn’t realize there wouldn’t be a door between the bathroom and the rest of the apartment, but otherwise everything was lovely.”

“Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr sauber, besonders netter Konrakt mit Concierge und vielen guten Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung. Nicht barrierefrei.”

“Pros: Huisje was op en top we waren zeer positief verrast”

“Alles super, nichts zu beanstanden!”
