「This hotel used to have a bar. We were not informed that this had been closed down. The elevators could use some maintenance. Dingy smell in the room when you walked in.」

「The pervasive smell of marijuana on the night of the 28th on the second floor was not pleasant.」

「Clean and comfy」

「All coffee and tea is downstairs in lobby.. otherwise it was nice.」

「This hotel is conveniently located close to shopping and dining in southwest Lubbock. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast was amazing with a made-to-order omelet station, waffles, fresh fruit, and other options. Really loved the indoor pool and atrium with real plants, water features, and plentiful seating (and the piped in jazz music gives it a great vibe). This hotel was top notch when it was built in the early 80s, but the old girl is in need...

「Beds were hard. Bath tub looked dirty and no coffee was in the room. Only tea.」

「The property itself was clean but our room was not. I took pictures and showed them to staff at front desk. She was very apologetic and accommodating. We stay at this location every fall at least twice a month and this was the first time I had a complaint.」

「I really enjoyed their breakfast options. Plenty to pick from and the cinnamon rolls were always warm and delicious! Coffee was great! Rooms are really spacious ! Location is really close to Texas Tech so that was great !」
