「If you're looking to get away from the business of the world, this is great option. The room itself is cosy with enough amenities that you don't really need to leave if you dont want to. It is private, though not completely soundproof as we could hear the tenants in the main building from time to time. Blackheath is also far enough from the world but also close to major attractions like the Three Sisters in Katoomba, which is about 15 minutes drive away. 「When we arrived we met the host Sia. She was so nice and easy to get along with. She upgraded our stay to a 2 bedroom apartment due to plumbing issues in our booked studio room. The apartment was undergoing renovations but this wasn't a problem at all. Everything we needed was there. The apartment was clean and spacious and the price was fantastic. . We were within walking distance to all shops (5 min) as well as public transport. Sia was fantastic and I would highly recommend this property.」

「Sipha and John are excellent hosts, Katoomba Manor is luxury away from the stress of the city. The total atmosphere is warm and relaxing and the hosts are gracious friendly and very accommodating. The cooked breakfast is delicious and filling. We have no problems recommending a weekend stay here and will return again in the near future. 5 stars.......」
