“Kim & Ian were terrific hosts and couldn’t do enough for us from the moment we arrived. This include many little welcome gifts to give it that homely touch. The property is probably even better than it reads and we couldn’t have been happier there. Location was great for all things we needed and wanted to do in Blue Mountains. The bonus of Foxtel, smart tv and wifi was great. Comfortable beds and lounges with plenty of blankets, fire place and bathroom floor heating. Kitchen is fully equipped……

“Amazing place to get away! My partner and I found it in a perfect location, we would get up and explore the blue mountains then retreat back to the cottage! The cottage had everything you needed and more! The host were friendly and helpful. My partner and I agree the perfect place to spend our anniversary! ”

“We had a wonderful time at Bellevue. The house was modern, warm, clean and spacious with amazing views! It had 6 bedrooms in total, and as we were a group of 5 "older" women having a get-together, we had a bedroom each. The lounge room had a large 3 piece u-shaped lounge (perfect for watching "City Slickers" together), and the views! The dining area was also well catered for with seating for 12 - perfect for playing games and lots of belly laughs. The Mt Victoria township was small (you must go……

“Stayed here with my partner for 2 nights. Check in was e-mail communication and that was it (which we prefer). Other reviews say the owner is easy to contact but we never needed to. We weren't familiar with the way the central heating worked at first but once we figured out we had to turn each individual heater on via a dial at the base it was no problem. Heated blankets were nice, enjoyed the use of the fireplace. No complaints! Would gladly stay again.”

“The view is absolutely breathtaking—second to none! The house is warm, well-heated, and stocked with an impressive stash of board games and DVDs to enjoy by the cosy fireplace (wood supplied—no scavenging required!). The kitchen had everything we needed, and with three bathrooms, no one had to do the bathroom dance. Our adult kids and the dogs had a ball. With a beautiful station nearby, Sydney’s just a train ride away, and Blackheath and Katoomba have more than enough to tempt anyone in need of……
