Cosy home (Pet-Friendly!) w/fire place. Outdoor infrared sauna and fire pit. Walking: 1 minute to Lake Illawarra, 5 minutes to CBD/shopping Centre/restaurants.
Driving: 2 minutes to Beach (Port Kembla), 15 minutes to city of Wollongong and 15 minutes to Shellharbour.

Our place offers four sleeping arrangements, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to four/five workers colleagues or a family/group of friends of about 7/8 individuals plus two bathrooms.

Conveniently located close to the Warrawong CBD, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. A street away from the lake provides a picturesque setting for peaceful walks and enjoying nature.
Overall, our place offers a sauna, covered deck, and firepit that enhance your experience.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Moving further into the house, you'll find three inviting bedrooms and a foyer entrance for sleeping.

1. Bedroom one, which offers versatile sleeping arrangements. It includes a double bed and a single bed, providing ample space for three individuals or two colleagues who prefer to share a room.

2. Bedroom two, features a cozy queen bed, providing a comfortable sleeping arrangement for two individuals. It's perfect for couples.

3. Bedroom three, furnished with a king single bed. This room is designed for a single occupant, offering privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.

4. Foyer entrance, adjacent to living areas, you will discover what works as the bedroom fourth with a single bed and an extra mattress underneath the single bed, ensuring that even larger groups have a comfortable place to rest.

2 Bathrooms:
Having two bathrooms in an accommodation can be beneficial for a number of individuals, as it provides convenience and saves time when multiple people need to use the facilities. Additionally, having a bathroom with a shower over a bath can be versatile, catering to different preferences. Some people may prefer taking a quick shower, while others may prefer a relaxing bath. This setup allows individuals to choose their preferred bathing method.

Kitchen:
Our house also features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher machine is convenient for preparing meals and makes it easier to clean up afterwards.

The open plan area, combining the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creates a spacious and connected atmosphere. The long 4-seater sofa and 2 single armchairs in the living area offer ample seating options, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and unwinding after a long day of work.

BBQ and Outdoor dining:
Having a BBQ and a table for 6 people surrounded by a lemon and an orange tree and other greenery creates a beautiful and refreshing ambiance enjoying the natural surroundings while dining and relaxing.

Infrared Sauna:
One of the standout features of our property is the infrared sauna. Step into this private oasis and unwind after a long day. The infrared technology provides a soothing and therapeutic experience, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.

Covered deck:
Furthermore, we have an undercover deck with patio curtains that effectively shield you from rain and wind. Whether you want to enjoy the fresh air or gather for group activities, this outdoor space is perfect for socializing and taking in the surrounding scenery.

Laundry:
If you need to do any laundry during your stay, we've got you covered. The undercover deck provides a convenient area for drying clothes, ensuring that even if it's raining, your laundry remains protected.

Seperate areas were needed for my husband and I, my Dad, my sister and my daughter and her partner. This home worked well for us. The property was also close to the shops!

We booked the weekend to spend time with our daughter Went to use the BBQ but it was disgusting with food scraps and very rusty Only 2 frypans in kitchen but 1 was rusted and unable to use TV in bedroom didn’t work and TV in lounge room turned on but couldn’t receive signal Half the PowerPoints didn’t work as the owner had put child safety covers on them The bedside and lounge room lamps didn’t work Underneath every bed was layers of accumulated dust There was a infrared sauna to use but no instructions The site doesn’t mention that there are 2 dogs next door that bark all night Also the owner texted us at 7.40 pm on Sunday night asking what beds we were sleeping in which I found very odd

Short break
The house gives an older vibe, but comfortable bedding and lounge. Unfortunately the tv didn't get normal channels except ABC. Also only oil heaters which dont heat whole house. Loved that we could bring along our small dog, but the yard has no grass and she could fit under the gaps in gates so could not leave her out on own. The owner of the property was lovely and very accommodating.
