“We received a very warm welcome, with lots of relevant information provided. We were offered help with luggage, which was very much appreciated. The room and en suite bathroom were both large and the bed was very comfortable, with extra pillows already in the wardrobe if needed. High quality tea and coffee provided in the room. The soap and shower gel smelt divine! A very friendly chat with reception staff on check out, and they seemed genuinely keen to know if we'd enjoyed our stay. Highly……

“The rooms were very inexpensive. They were very small. But clean and the beds were a lot more comfortable than most of the beds I’m finding in the UK. The bathrooms and kitchen were meticulously clean and organized. The kitchen had and oven, stove, microwave, coffee makers and every utensil, pot, pan, or sheet I’d need to cook. The only down side is there’s no plates, bowls to put my food in. I had to eat the food out of the pans I cooked them in. And the can opener doesn’t work. But those are……

“Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.”

“This was cancelled the afternoon before we were due to travel the next morning.as you can appreciate this is unacceptable and very stressful for our family.thought it was disgusting to do that at such short notice.”

“We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up……

“Absolutely horrendous experience with a "host" who was completely unreasonable and unfair, that ruined our weekend and left us with a loss of money (and extra unofficial charges through PayPal) and no where to stay. Never again and would advise starting well clear. ”
